玄関のカビ臭さが続くときは、においが強い場所、気付いた時期、雨や結露との関係、靴・収納物・壁や床の濡れを記録してください。においだけでは、カビの有無や発生場所、建物内部の状態は確定できません。
玄関・下駄箱の状態を確認する
見える範囲のシミや水滴、収納した靴の湿り、壁際や下駄箱の背面付近の状態を確認します。換気設備は取扱説明書に沿って使い、除湿や空気の流れを調整しても濡れやにおいが繰り返す場合は、水分の入り方も点検する必要があります。壁紙をはがすなど、見えない場所を無理に開けて調べる作業は控え、管理会社や点検担当者に相談してください。
点検と除カビの範囲を相談する

Musty odors in an entryway: what to check
Record where the odor is strongest, when it started, and whether it changes after rain or condensation. Check visible moisture on shoes, stored items, walls and floors. An odor alone cannot confirm mold, its location or the condition inside a building. Avoid opening concealed areas yourself if hidden mold is suspected.
For a building consultation, share the location, affected materials, visible moisture or damage, and any history of leaks or cleaning. Inspection, sampling and analysis have different purposes and limits. A proposed treatment should be checked against the material, finish and site conditions.
Mold treatment, leak repairs, ventilation work and replacement of damaged materials may require different contractors and separate costs. Confirm the work scope, protection, ventilation, drying and reuse conditions in advance.
